Any ideas of how i can make Fortnite to run better on my PC?

Any idea on how to optimize Fortnite settings on PC for a smoother gaming experience. It is damn slow and keeps hanging, my RAM and GPU are top notch. I guess is has something to do with the setting?

Try setting your graphic settings to low.
